Would you like to earn a Varsity letter in Choir?  

 submit a google form for the points you earned each quarter.  

pay attention to due dates.  

We highly recommend that you complete this on a computer or tablet.

Mrs. Kluch and Mrs. Winzeler have the ultimate say whether or not your points will be accepted.  

 

DUE DATES: 

1st & 2nd Quarter, Friday, January 10th, 2020

3rd Quarter, Friday, March 27th, 2020

4th Quarter, Friday, May 1st, 2020

 

We will text a link to point totals (by Student ID #)

no later than two weeks after the due dates listed above.
