The following four PDF files contain lots of great information for using tax credit donations for your 2008-2009 tour payments, including new information from Mrs. Kouns concerning tour and exactly how the payments should be done even if tax credit donations are not used.

- This is the tax credit brochure that you can copy and have people who are willing to do a tax credit donation fill out . This form needs to accompany the check and be taken to the HHS Bookstore and given to Candy Stewart. Please read the information from Mrs. Kouns in the attachment for some more specific info about who to make tour checks payable to and how to get receipts to her etc.Tour checks cannot be written to "ACCENTS" The same person that signs this form also needs to sign the tax credit check.
