BROADWAY UNDER THE STARS
Four performances:
Thurs. Oct. 21st 7:30pm
Fri. Oct. 22nd -7:30pm
Sat. Oct. 23rd 7:30pm
Sun. Oct. 24th – 3pm
Perform in Auditorium - Audience gets dessert & drink at Fri. & Sat. shows in the quad before the performances
- ACCENTS Fundraiser for choir scholarships, supplies, etc.
- Silent Auction in the lobby prior to performances
- Rehearsals for ENSEMBLE Members:
Generally Thurs. 2-5pm
Fri: 2-6 p.m.
Sat: 9am – 5pm (extra rehearsals TBA)
STUDENT PARTICIPATION:
- Ensemble Members - by audition only (costume fee of approx. $75 - $100)
- Choir members - mandatory performance for each class
- Technical crew - volunteer positions
- Hostesses - selected students
- Outfits: black pants & B’Way t-shirt. Choir will also help to costume their own medley.
- Choreographers
AUDITIONS:
- Anyone in the school can audition
- Friday, August 20th - 2:15 - 7:00 p.m. – Stage & choir room Students must be able to be there the whole time.
- Sing: with piano accompaniment which will be provided for a $1 fee. Memorization is necessary.
If you are selected you will be required to attend rehearsals for about seven weeks
